37 year old Actor Gaspard Ulliel has passed away after a skiing accident in southeastern France this week.
Ulliel who is best known for his role as Hannibal Lecter in the movie "Hannibal Rising", is set to appear in the new Disney+ Marvel Cinematic Universe Television show Moon Knight.
Jean Castex, the Prime Minister of France said via a tweet "Gaspard Ulliel grew up with cinema and cinema grew with him. They loved each other madly.
"It is with a heavy heart that we will now see his most beautiful interpretations and meet this certain look. We are losing a French actor," the PM said.
Ulliel gained acclaim for his portrayal of French fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent in the 2014 biopic, "Saint Laurent."
He leaves behind a girlfirend and a son born in 2016.
