Welcome to the Season 9 Premiere of Cross Border Interviews.
Our goal is to create meaningful municipal conversations that inform, connect, educate and strengthen communities from coast to coast to coast in Canada.
For this edition of Cross Border Interviews, we are honoured to welcome to the show, Town of Duck Lake Saskatchewan Mayor Jason Anderson.
Duck Lake is a community rich in history.
The wide main street, business frontage, and brick sidewalks are reminiscent of times past.
Outdoor murals depicting historical events are viewable throughout town, and the Regional Interpretive Centre, with a 24-meter viewing tower, displaying Pioneer, First Nation and Metis artifacts about the era of 1885 - 1905, are of good interest.
