For this edition of Cross Border Interviews, we spoke with Town of Creighton, Saskatchewan, Mayor Bruce Fidler at the 2026 FCM Convention.

Whether it is enjoying the silence of the woods, savouring a smore by the campfire, catching some sun on the beach or catching the big one on our many lakes, Creighton is the perfect place to get away from that big city buzz.

With a population of just over 1500 people, Creighton and the surrounding area offer all the amenities of a larger centre but with a cottage country feel.
