Tudor Dinca is running to be the next councillor for Ward 5 in the city of Calgary.
Dinca is running again after running in the 2017 election. Dinca says that over the last 4 years he has kept a close on the progress and development that ward 5 has gone through. He also states that the issues he brought forward in 2017 are still prevalent today in 2021.
