Gian Carlo Carra is running for re-election as Calgary city councillor for Ward 9.
Carra says that it's time to rise together. He believes that together we can create our best future.
He added that the city of Calgary is at a crossroads, and by rising together Calgarians will build a bright future that is built on open dialogue, sustainability, equality, and justice.
